Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During restocks, launches, or busy periods, processing times may be longer.
Some orders may ship in protective polymailers as a lower-cost shipping option. We package all orders with care, but minor light creasing to packaging may happen during transit. Choosing this option means you understand this affordable shipping method does not qualify for refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic wear.
Orders are packed carefully to help prevent bending or damage.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery times are estimates from the shipping carrier and may change due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Local Pickup (Los Angeles)
Local pickup in Los Angeles is available.
Same-day pickup may be ready within 6–8 hours depending on order time and product availability.
After placing your order, please email hello@florsupplyco.com with your order number so we can arrange pickup details.
Tracking Orders
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been shipped.
Order Changes / Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Returned to Sender Packages
Packages returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refused delivery may require an extra shipping fee to resend.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
